I stood at the ATM and entered my pin, watched the screen for the usual sequence of buttons, then it said 'please select language' and I'm thinking what's the deal with a foreign exchange machine speaking Portuguese to me anyway, now it's got me thinking about all the times customer service isn't exactly service.
