Being stuck with a 50-cent toll on the Hutchinson State Highway during the off-ramp to 13th Street just to avoid an extra 10-minute detour is just mindless. Roads always seem to be under construction whenever I actually want to get somewhere, like last night at 10:45PM when traffic was already scarce. Can't they just do it at 3AM on Tuesdays or something, instead, now I'm $5 lighter for nothing?
