Yesterday, I was trying to pay for my subway ride with the mobile pay app, but my card didn't show up on the payment list. I waited for ages to see if it would magically appear. What really got to me was the lack of any indication or error message - just an empty screen. It's a minor hassle, but something about the frustrating silence made it feel like a personal affront to my patience.
